The dual power of a telehandler and tractor
The Merlo MF44.9 telescopic handlers combine the power of a tractor with the versatility of a telehandler. Merlo was the first company on the market to translate the concept of a telescopic boom tractor into reality and to patent it: the Multifarmer. It is a real crossover, which combines the characteristics of a traditional agricultural telescopic handler with those of a tractor, producing truly exciting results. Load Management System built-in as standard and the reverse shuttle on the steering wheel is also present on the joystick.
The Multifarmer has excellent braking capacity when the accelerator pedal is released, guaranteeing high torque to the wheels during materials handling and transfers.
The Multifarmer also features a four-cylinder combustion engine in an original Merlo mounting layout, designed to not only increase visibility but also provide maximum accessibility to all components when maintenance is required.
All axles are manufactured and developed in-house by Merlo and can be equipped with differential lock.
In terms of safety, the Multifarmer can be configured with an aerial work platform that complies with EN280 standards.
